Quantitative Analytics

The AFS@Store back office provides a wealth of information about search engine usage, request volumes, engine and index status, etc.

Qualitative Analytics

This is supplemented by query-related analytics: most frequent queries, queries with no results (e.g. to be used to flesh out a thesaurus), products most often selected, etc. These analyses can be on a daily, weekly or monthly basis depending on your needs, and can be used to generate reports.

Search Engine Management

The back office provides a full set of tools for configuration and management of the search engine: management of thesauri and dictionaries of synonyms, management of campaigns within the site (KWord agent), optimization of natural referencing (SEMA), etc.
